TRUSSED RAFTERS

Trussed rafters or 'roof trusses' are one of the most popularly used timber engineered products used for domestic applications within the construction industry today.

On its own this versatile product offers the building designer considerable strength and flexibility. However, advances in design software coupled with our specialist expertise gives architects the ability to be increasingly creative in their designs, confident that these designs can be reproduced cost effectively in a pre-fabricated form.

Trussed Rafters Manufacture

We ensure that our trusses are designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards. We achieve this by complying with all set British and European standards and codes of practice. Our complete manufacturing processes are covered by our ISO 9001 QA Scheme. And we make sure that all timber used in our manufacturing processes are sourced from suppliers who operate within the same stringent and detailed regulatory and environmental framework.

Our designs are supervised by expertly qualified design and engineering professionals. And all designs are covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance - giving our customers complete peace of mind.

We use the very latest Gang Nail software to provide designs for a comprehensive range of standard and non-standard trusses. Coupling this innovative software with our modern manufacturing facilities allows us to provide a fully engineered product at a highly competitive rate.

Our design department are able to expertly prepare complete schemes from an Architect's basic layout drawings. However, if these drawings are unavailable we are able to prepare a quotation based on information about your individual requirements.

In order to properly prepare a quotation we would need you to contact us with the following information:
